Individual Consultations
During each visit, we first talk about your concerns. I will read your pulses, look at your tongue, and ask questions that help me get a more complete understanding of your needs. You will be treated either on a massage table or seated in a comfortable chair. Besides the acupuncture, I may give herbs, use acupressure, apply heat treatment, and give nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.
- Intake (first consultation includes thorough history): $125
- Subsequent sessions: $85
Friends and Family Plan
I also offer small group plans at $120 for the group (up to four individuals). Bring your family and friends. You’ll all sit in chairs and be treated simultaneously. Think of it a “coffee klatch” where you get to spend time with each other while addressing your health.
Specialized Groups
I am looking to organize small groups for people with specific concerns:
- Chronic illness management
- Smoking cessation
- Stress relief
- Weight loss
